Qqaa Terms & Conditions – Full Policy for Members

In these Terms & Conditions "qqaa", "We", "us" refers to the qqaa online gaming platform and its operating entity. "You", "User", "Member" refers to any person using the qqaa website or app.

"Platform" refers to the qqaa website (qqaa.best), mobile app, and all associated digital services. "Bet" refers to the monetary value of any type of wager.

To register an account with qqaa, you must meet the following requirements:

• A person may only have one account Only one account may be opened. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You will need to provide an active mobile number and email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. Do not allow anyone else to access your account.

After registration KYC (Know Your Customer) A copy of your National ID or passport may be required for verification. This verification is mandatory before processing large withdrawals.

Payment methods currently available on qqaa: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket and selected bank transfers.

• The name on your account and the name on your payment method must match when making a withdrawal.
• Before your first withdrawal, your deposited amount must be wagered at least once.
• Qqaa is not liable for transaction delays caused by technical issues, but will make every effort to resolve them.
• Qqaa may request additional verification for suspicious transactions and may place a hold on them if necessary.

Qqaa offers various types of bonuses — welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, referral bonus, and more. Specific terms apply to each bonus.

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require you to wager 10 to 20 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x requirement means you must place ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.
• Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• One active bonus at a time: Generally, only one bonus can be active at a time.
• Bonus Abuse Prohibited: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or any proven strategic abuse will result in account termination.
• Cashback: Cashback bonuses generally have no wagering requirements; if specific conditions apply, they will be communicated separately.

The following general rules apply when placing bets on qqaa:

• Once a bet is submitted, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless qqaa voids it on its own.
• If a technical issue affects the outcome of a bet, qqaa reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a technical error affects the odds, qqaa may settle bets at the corrected odds.
• Cash Out: Cash out is available on live betting, but may not be offered for all matches.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳10 and the maximum is ৳50,000 per bet.

Qqaa keeps records of all bets. In the event of any dispute, qqaa's server records will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on qqaa. Engaging in any of them will result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Money Laundering: Using qqaa as a channel for any illegal funds is strictly prohibited.
• Using bots or automation: Using automated software to place bets or scan odds is strictly prohibited.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets based on pre-arranged match outcomes is a serious offence.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or false information to claim bonuses.
• Hacking or system attacks: Attempting unauthorised access to qqaa's systems.
• Using another person's account: Accessing another person's account without their permission.

Qqaa reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• If the Terms & Conditions are violated.
• If registration is completed using false or incomplete information.
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account.
• At the user's request (self-exclusion).

Under any circumstances, qqaa's maximum liability shall not exceed your total deposits over the preceding 30 days.
